Two-day SLA at scale in cross-border e-commerce
An international fulfillment operator needed to deliver high volume in Spain within a predictable 48-hour window. We built the flow with intake in Madrid, cross-docking and last-mile delivery to the recipient.
The challenge
Move hundreds of thousands of parcels per month from an international platform to the end recipient in Spain, meeting a 2-day calendar SLA on at least 90% of shipments, with API integration and full traceability.
What we implemented
Daily intake in Madrid, cross-docking with route pre-assignment, and delivery through our collaborative network across all 50 Spanish provinces. Parcel events are synced with the client's system via our API so both recipient and operator track the shipment in real time.
